Kathy Lisman Wood (1982) was a four-year standout in both basketball and softball at The Rock. In her senior season on the basketball team, Wood finished with a stat line of 7.9 points per game, .455% shooting from the field, 6.9 assists per game (first on the team), 5.1 rebounds per game, and 3.5 steals per game (first on the team). She still holds five SRU assists and steals records on the court and was the fifth all-time leading scorer in school history when she graduated. An Academic All-America nominee, she was a draft choice of the Women’s Professional Basketball League.
