Slippery Rock University Athletics

Joe Duffy (1956) was a standout on the basketball court for The Rock. He transferred to SRU for his final two seasons after initially attending Brandeis University in Massachusetts. He captained both the 1955 and 1956 teams and led both teams in scoring and assists. He averaged 21.3 points per game as senior.
