Slippery Rock University Athletics

Chuck Neuschwander (1953) was a starter for three seasons on The Rock men’s basketball team. During those three years, Neuschwander averaged 10.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. In the 1952-53 season, Neuschwander’s senior year, he averaged career highs of 16.4 points per game (first on the team) and 6.1 rebounds per game (third on the team). During that same season, he was co-captain of the team and helped to lead SRU to a 12-1 record and a championship.
