Slippery Rock University Athletics

Jan Kasnevich (1968) coached three sports at her alma mater, most notably the field hockey and softball teams. Her 1987 field hockey team advanced to the NCAA tournament, while her softball teams earned three national tournament berths. A former Rock assistant women's basketball coach, Kasnevich played basketball, volleyball, tennis and field hockey for four years each as an undergraduate. She was a member of the U.S. Field Hockey team for two years following graduation.
