SRU MEN'S NOTES
The Rock will send 49 men to compete Friday at YSU after taking last week off from competition.

Slippery Rock has not competed since the weekend of Jan. 30-31 when the team split between Mount Union and Youngstown State.

SRU enters this weekend with nine top-50 marks in Division II so far this winter, headlined by shot put thrower
Seaton Wozniak and his SRU record of 17.96 meters, which ranks No. 10 in the country. Teammates
Connor Brown (24th, 17.03m) and
Logan Parker (48th, 16.22m) also rank in the top 50 to give The Rock the No. 3 overall shot put ranking in the Division II event rankings this year.

The Rock also have two men in the top 20 nationally in the pole vault, where
Drew Layton sits 14th with a mark of 5.10 meters and
Logan Gossard is 27th at 4.95 meters.

Logan Anderson matches Wozniak for the highest ranked SRU athlete with his heptathlon score of 5,107 points ranked No. 10 nationally. Anderson will compete in multiple events this week. Teammate
Jacob Stucchio also owns a top 50 mark nationally in the heptathlon with a score of 4,629 points ranking 44th.

Zach Gose rounds out the field athletes with top 50 national marks entering the weekend with his weight throw of 18.86 meters currently ranked No. 30.

Matthew Crow leads the way on the track with his 60-meter hurdle time of 8.13 seconds currently ranked No. 40 nationally.

The Rock own one No. 1 ranking in the PSAC this year with the 4x400-meter relay of

Allie Taylor with her clearance of 3.73 meters ranked No. 32.

The Rock have a pair of top 50 marks in the horizontal jumps with
Autumn Wyatt ranked No. 45 in the long jump (5.78m) and
Baylee Blauser ranked No. 49 in the triple jump (11.56m). Blauser also has an NCAA provisional mark in the long jump and ranks No. 55 nationally (5.74m).
