Personal: Son of Kristin and Dane Adolph … Majoring in exercise science.
2026 (Outdoor): Competed at three meets primarily in the 1,500-meters … Ran a season-best time of 4:22.41 at the Ashland Alumni Open … Other 1,500-meter performances occurred at the Dave Labor Invitational (4:24.55) and the Westminster Invite (4:24.81).
2026 (Indoor): Competed at four meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meters … Top 5,000-meter time of indoor season was 15:40.38 at the YSU Last Chance Meet (14th) ... Also took part in the 3,000-meters at the Ashland Invite (9:02.99 / 22nd) and the Wuske Invite (9:03.57 / fifth).
2025 (XC): Competed at one meet, placing 15th on the 6,000-meter course at the Doug Watts Open in 20:13.4 as SRU's fourth finisher.
High School: Lettered three times in both cross country and track & field at St. Francis de Sales in Toledo, Ohio … A two-time All-Catholic League performer … Led St. Francis de Sales to four district and conference cross country titles as well as a pair of regional crowns … Also a member of de Sales’ district champion track & field team … Earned Academic All-Ohio status twice.
