2026 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, finishing 16th following a prelim race time of 59.57 seconds … Also ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed sixth at the conference championships (3:54.89) … Top 400-meter time during outdoor season of 58.43 seconds came at the Bison Classic, finishing 23rd out of 65 entries … Also broke 59 seconds in the 400-meters at the Jack Toms Invitational to place sixth in 58.93 seconds.

2026 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth at the PSAC Championships (4:00.57) … Also competed on SRU 4x400-meter relay teams that won the Ashland Last Chance Meet (3:54.32) and placed fourth at the Ashland Invite (3:58.30) … Individually, ran the 400-meters at three meets with top time of 1:00.20 coming at the Ashland Invite to place 11th in a 30-runner field.  

2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 18th at 1:00.82 … Top 400-meter time of 59.46 seconds came in a fourth-place finish at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Also broke the 1:01.00 threshold in the 400-meters at the John Papa Invitational, placing second in 1:00.29 in addition to running a season-best 200-meter race of 26.48 seconds (12th) at the meet … Ran legs on The Rock’s winning 4x400-meter relay teams at the Dave Labor Invitational (4:03.02) and the Weaver Invite (4:10.39) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Opened year by running season-bests in both the 200-meters (26.79 / 22nd) and the 400-meters (1:00.80 / 17th) … Nearly matched 400-meter season-best at both the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational (1:00.84 / 12th) and the SPIRE Indoor Games (1:00.89 / 10th) … Closed indoor campaign by taking second in the 400-meters (1:01.63).

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 18th following a run of 1:00.39 … Produced season-best 400-meter time as part of an eighth-place finish at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational … Registered top 100-meter performance of 12.84 seconds at the John Papa Invite to take 12th place overall in the event … Added another season-best effort by clocking a 26.18 second 200-meter race at the Ashland Alumni Open … Earned top-10 finishes in both the 400-meters (1:00.36 / fourth) and the 200-meters (26.53 / eighth) at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete

2024 (Indoor): Competed at six meets, primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Ran a season-best 400-meter time of 1:00.66 as part of a 12th-place finish at the YSU Mid-Major Invite in addition to helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place showing at YSU in 4:05.53 … Also took fifth place in the 400-meters at Mount Union Wuske Open (1:02.70) … Posted top season times in both the 200-meters (27.05 seconds / 17th place) and the 60-meters (8.23 seconds / 22nd) at the Ashland Invitational.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field, as well as three years in volleyball and one year in basketball at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart … An Honor Roll student with Highest Honors.
