2025 (Indoor): Competed in the shot put at seven meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing fourth with a mark of 13.24 meters to earn The Rock five points … Won the Mount Union Tune-Up after posting a season-best mark of 13.51 meters … Also produced throws of over 13 meters during the indoor season at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational (13.48 / second) and the SPIRE Indoor Games (13.13 / third).

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in the shot put and javelin … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the shot put … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put, placing sixth following a mark of 12.56 meters … Won the shot put at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite with a season-best toss of 13.77 meters … Also broke 13 meters in the shot put at the John Papa Invite, placing fourth with a mark of 13.20 meters … Added another shot put victory at the Tim Weaver Invitational (12.49 meters) … Top javelin performance of the season came at the Ashland Alumni Open in the form of a 34.30 meter throw that resulted in a fifth-place finish … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2024 (Indoor): Competed in the shot put at six meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and just missed out on earning all-conference honors after finishing fourth at the league meet with a mark of 12.83 meters … Produced season-best throw of 13.05 meters to take fifth at the Ashland Invitational … Recorded matching 12.72-meter throws at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (sixth place) and the YSU Icebreaker (seventh).

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at 10 meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the shot put and javelin … Placed fifth at the conference championships in the shot put following a season-best mark of 12.82 meters in addition to finishing 15th in the javelin at 34.60 meters … Recorded best javelin mark of the season of 36.52 meters as part of a fourth-place finish at the John Papa Invite all the while to finishing third in the shot put (12.47) … Hit 12.71 meters in the shot put at the Bison Classic (14th) … Recorded top-10 finishes in both the shot put (12.26 / fourth) and the javelin (32.11 / ninth) at the Dave Labor Invitational as well as at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (shot put: 12.39 / second – javelin: 30.86 / fifth).

2023 (Indoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the shot put … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put, placing 11th with a throw of 12.03 meters … Recorded a season-high mark in the shot put of 12.18 meters to place third at the Jim Wuske Open … Took seventh at the Mount Union Tune-Up following a throw of 11.90 meters … Also competed in the pentathlon at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, placing 19th with 2,341 points ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

High School: Letterered four years in both track and field and volleyball at Avon Grove High School.
