2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the triple jump … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 10th with a mark of 11.16 meters … Season-best mark of 11.41 meters came as part of a second-place finish at the YSU Icebreaker … Recorded a win at the Mount Union Tune-Up following a mark of 10.80 meters … Hit 10.78 meters at the Ashland Invitational to earn a fifth-place finish.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters and triple jump … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the triple jump, placing ninth with a mark of 11.11 meters … Season-best triple jump distance of 11.22 meters came as part of a fourth-place finish at the Dave Labor Invite … Clocked season-low 400-meter time of 1:01.18 at the Ashland Alumni Open en route to a 13th-place showing … Recorded a 5.12 meter mark in the long jump at the John Papa Invite to finish 11th in a 33-competitor field in addition to helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a win (3:53.87) … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at five meets, primarily in the triple jump … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing sixth with a mark of 11.15 meters … Top triple jump distance of the season was 11.25 meters as part of a sixth-place finish at the YSU Icebreaker … Finished 11th at the YSU Mid-Major Invite with a top mark of 10.77 meters … Also ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed third at the YSU Mid-Major Invite in 4:05.53.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at 10 meets primarily in the triple jump … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and placed 11th with a mark of 11.03 meters … Top triple jump mark of the season was 11.56 meters as part of a third-place finish at the John Pap Invite … Also went over 11 meters in the triple jump at the Bison Classic (11.34 / 13th) and the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (11.27 / fifth) … Took part in the long jump on four occasions with best mark being 5.27 meters at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet, resulting in a seventh-place finish.

2023 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 400-meters (seventh / 59.78 seconds) and the triple jump (ninth / 11.09 meters) … Also competed at the PSAC Championships as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed ninth in 4:12.86 … Recorded top triple jump mark of season at the SPIRE Indoor Games, resulting in a seventh-place finish at 11.20 meters … Ran on SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed third at SPIRE (4:01.07) … Also broke 11 meters in the triple jump at the YSU Icebreaker (11.10 meters / ninth) and the YSU Mid-Major Invitational (11.08 meters) … Ran the 400-meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational in a season-best time of 59.76 seconds to come in seventh place ... High School: Lettered four years in track & field and one year each in soccer and tennis at Oley Valley High School in Oley Valley ... won the Berks County title in the triple jump.
