A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed fourth at the conference championships (4:00.05) … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 12th in 1:00.27 … Season-best 400-meter time of 59.03 seconds resulted in a third-place finish at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational … Also posted season-best 200-meter time of 25.94 seconds at the Light Giver Invite … Nearly broke 26 seconds in the 200-meters at both the SPIRE Indoor Games (26.02 / 10th) and the Ashland Invitational (26.04 / 10th) … Captured second place in the 400-meters at the Wuske Invite (1:01.26).  

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events, placing 12th in the 400-meters (59.63) and 19th in the 200-meters (26.53) … Took third in the 200-meters at the John Papa Invite with a season-best time of 25.74 seconds in addition to helping SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a victory (46.93) and the 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place showing (4:01.74) … Clocked a season-best 400-meter time of 59.60 seconds to place seventh at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational … Came in second in the 400-meters at the Westminster Invitational with a time of 1:00.94 … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets, primarily in the 200-meters, 400-meters and long jump … Ran a leg for The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed seventh at the PSAC Championships in 4:03.66 … Recorded a season-best long jump mark of 5.07 meters as part of a 22nd-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also broke 4.90 meters in the long jump at the YSU Icebreaker (4.94 / 27th), the Ashland Invitational (4.95 meters / 15th) and the YSU Mid-Major Invite (4.92 / 26th) … Season-best time in the 400-meters was 1:00.91 en route to a 13th-place showing at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Clocked a 26.69 second 200-meter race at the Ashland Invite.
