2025 (Indoor): Competed at five meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meters, placing 18th with a time of 15:58.31 … Season-best 5,000-meter time of 15:22.42 came as part of a sixth-place finish at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational … Opened season by running the 3,000-meters at the Ashland Invitational, finishing 19th in a 53-man field with a time of 8:50.05 … Ran a leg on The Rock’s distance medley relay team that earned a win at the Wuske Invite (10:50.95).  

2024 (XC): Competed in six events ... Tied for second on SRU in team top five's with four ... Ran a season-best 26:53.5 for 8k at the Fighting Scots Invite for 11th ... Earned 54th at the PSAC Championships (8k) in 27:17.5 ... Placed 68th at the Atlantic Region Championships in 32:37.4 for 10k ... Opened the season at the Doug Watts Open with fourth in 19:56.4 for 6k ... Took 24th at the YSU NCAA Collegiate Inagural Alumni XC Meet in 27:25.2 for 8k ... Placed 150th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (8k) in 26:53.9 ... Earned All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

High School: Lettered four times in cross country and track & field and twice in wrestling at Johnsonburg Area High School ... District 9 champion in XC his senior year after running 16:58 for 5K ... placed 15th at the PIAA state XC championships in 2023 ... District 9 runner-up at 3,200 meters on the track his senior year ... 12th at the PIAA state championships in the 3,200 at the 2024 outdoor meet ... two-time state qualifier in XC ... member of the National Honor Society ... graduated with high honors.
