LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Slippery Rock University women's soccer goalkeeper Leah Allman was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Defensive Athlete of the Week for the fifth time in her career, the conference office announced on Tuesday.

Allman, a senior from Olmsted Falls, Ohio, earns Slippery Rock its first weekly award this year. Allman ties Rachel Edge for the second most PSAC weekly awards in program history with five, while Emma Yoder leads the pack with 12.

Allman led Slippery Rock to a 2-0 week while making seven saves and earning one solo shutout as well as one combined clean sheet.

Slippery Rock controlled play for 90 minutes in a PSAC West win over Edinboro at James Egli Field, 6-0. Allman was not forced to make a save in the victory and played the first 78 minutes of the game.

The Rock ended the week with a 1-0 win against a tough Atlantic Region opponent in Frostburg State University where Allman made seven saves.

Allman has played 86.4 percent (311-360) of minutes as Slippery Rock's goalkeeper, while keeping a 0.87 goals against average and a .769 save percentage in 2026.

Slippery Rock has started the season 3-1 record overall with a 2-0 record inside the PSAC West. The Rock are back in action with a PSAC West matchup 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at McConnell Family Stadium against Gannon University.
