EDINBORO, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University women's indoor track and field team recorded 12 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference automatic qualifying marks and 10 event wins Friday at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet hosted by Edinboro University.

The Rock won five of the six field events including both throws and both vertical jumps.
Â
Jena Reinheimer picked up a win in the weight throw with a mark of 16.23 meters to lead three SRU athletes to PSAC automatic qualifying marks.
Natasha Davis was third at 14.30 meters and
Tiffany Jolayemi locked up a spot at the conference meet with a fourth place finish and a throw of 14.28 meters.

Trinity Clark won the shot put with a toss of 12.83 meters to sweep the throws for SRU.
Sarah Corrie was third at 12.17 meters and Reinheimer took fourth at 11.98 meters.

Jamie Macecevic won the pole vault to lead a top-five sweep for SRU with a clearance of 3.50 meters.
Kendall Grossman was second with a PSAC mark of 3.35 meters.

Cecily Greggs tied for the win in the high jump with a clearance of 1.57 meters, well below her PSAC-leading season-best of 1.68 meters.

The final win in the field events came from
Olivia Kerstetter, who won the long jump with a leap of 5.29 meters, finishing just shy of the PSAC automatic qualifying standard of 5.30 meters.

SRU also won five events on the track and recorded a pair of PSAC marks in the running events.
Â
Rayna Stevenson won the 60-meter dash and punched her ticket to the PSAC meet with a time of 7.90 seconds.
Morgan Donatelli also picked up a win in the 200-meter dash in a PSAC qualifying time of 25.87 seconds as SRU swept the short sprints.

Other wins on the track came from
Ashanti Richardson in the 60-meter hurdles (9.46 seconds),
Madison Olsen in the 400-meter dash (1:02.10) and
Anna Igims in the mile (5:40.31).

Slippery Rock will now turn its focus to the PSAC Championships next Saturday and Sunday at Edinboro. The accepted entries list will be announced prior to the competition and will be posted to www.RockAthletics.com with a full preview of the championship prior to next weekend.
