SCOUTING THE ROCK
• LAST TIME OUT – Slippery Rock shut out Clarion Wednesday in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference play, 1-0. Jordyn Minda tallied SRU 's lone goal off an assist by Rachel Edge.
 
• ANOTHER! – SRU recorded another shut out victory in its win over CU. All of The Rock's wins thus far in 2018 have been shutouts.  
 
• THE FRESHMEN DUO – Minda registered her third goal of the season and is tied for team-lead in total points with six on those three scores. Edge is tied with Minda in total points with six on four assists and one goal. Minda is tied for the PSAC lead in game-winning goals with three, while Edge is tied for the PSAC lead in assists.
 
• NOT A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION – Goalkeeper Emma Yoder made the first start of her Rock career at Clarion earning the shutout making eight saves.
 
• THE LAST ONE – Saturday's match at Walsh will be Slippery Rock's final non-conference game of the regular season. SRU's final 12 games of 2018 will be PSAC contests.
 
• TOUGH TO SCORE ON – Defensively, SRU is tied for second in the PSAC in goals goals allowed (2) and is tied for third in goals against average (.40).

• Alisha Himes is third on the team in total points with four on two goals. Brooke Bowser, Madalyn Canter, Natalie Dignan and Sydney Santaguida have each posted two points on one goal apiece.
 
• Similar to The Rock, the Cavaliers have also tallied four shutouts this season. As a team, they've garnered a 0.19 goals against average and have surrendered one score.
 
• Goalkeeper Mickey McClanahan has started all five games for Walsh recording 12 saves and a .923 save percentage.
