2025 United Soccer Coaches All-Region Teams
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Slippery Rock University women's soccer midfielder
Libby Zacharyasz was selected for the 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region Team for the second consecutive season as the senior was recognized by the organization Tuesday.
Zacharyasz earned second-team All-Atlantic Region honors in the midfield. The midfielder from Strongsville, Ohio earned a third team honor a season ago. This is the third consecutive season that Slippery Rock has had an all-region selection at the midfield position.
Zacharyasz started 72 of the 73 games she played over her four year career, including 66 straight matches, which is the fifth most in program history.
A two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division First Team member, Zacharyasz's senior year was highlighted by four game-winning goals. 2025 marked the third consecutive season that the senior has eclipsed three goals and six points.
Off the field, Zacharyasz is a three time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection and a three-time All-PSAC Scholar Athlete.Â
Slippery Rock's best regular season since 2019 ended in The Rock's 15
th consecutive PSAC Tournament appearance, a postseason that ended with a quarterfinal loss to Millersville University. SRU's 12-4-1 overall record that included a 12-1-1 showing in PSAC West play and a division title marked the program's 29
th straight winning record in which a full season was played.
