SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University field hockey team will travel to Indiana University of Pennsylvania Sunday for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference game at 1 p.m.

PLAYOFF PICTURE
Slippery Rock is just one game back of Kutztown for sixth place in the PSAC standings with three games to go. The top six teams in the conference at the end of the season qualify the PSAC tournament.

IUP defeated Slippery Rock in a non-conference game, 3-1, earlier this season. Slippery Rock registered one goal from Allison Grant off an assist by Kailee Krupski.

SCOUTING THE ROCK
Last Time Out: Slippery Rock defeated Mercyhurst University in PSAC play, 3-1. Savanna Robinson, Krupski and McKay each recorded a goal in the victory.
 
• SRU is led offensively by McKay who is second in the PSAC in total points (24), goals (10) and goals per game (.667). She has also tallied four assists this season.
 
• The Rock has several players with multiple goals scored this season including, Renee Rosenblum (three), Hannah Downing (two), Hannah Shirk (two), Grant (two) and Robinson (two). Jordan Barnes, Torri Rose and Hannah Simone each have recorded one goal apiece.
 
• Slippery Rock has three players with multiple assists this season including Krupski (six), McKay (four) and Robinson (two). Krupski's six assists rank her second in the PSAC in the category. Rosenblum, Madison Krajewski, Brenna McGovern-Lind and Sam Geroski have each tallied one assist.
 
• Liz Wolfe and Kayla Mack have been outstanding defensively for The Rock. Both Wolfe and Mack are tied for fifth in the nation in defensive saves with five apiece.
 
• Goalkeeper Nicole Bream has played every minute in goal for Slippery Rockthus far in 2016 and ranks second in the PSAC in saves (87), fourth in saves per game (5.80) and she has a .757 save percentage.
 
• McKay, Krupski, Grant and Michelle Couch all have recorded one career goal against Indiana. McKay has also tallied two assists, while Krupski has one assist in games against the Crimson Hawks.
