• Slippery Rock has been great in closing out its regular seasons over the last four years. Since 2012, SRU is a combined 11-3-2 in the final four games of the year. The Rock's best end to a year came in 2012 when it went 3-0-1.

• With four games remaining in the regular season spots in the upcoming PSAC Tournament are still up for grabs; the top six teams in the league standings at the end of the season qualify for the conference tournament. Entering Saturday's games spots six through nine (East Stroudsburg, California, Lock Haven, Slippery Rock) in the league standings are separated by just two points; teams receive three points for each PSAC victory and one for a tie.

• Slippery Rock currently sits ninth in league standings with eight points, two points back of sixth place East Stroudsburg, who SRU beat earlier in the season. In terms of opponent winning percentage, SRU has the second toughest schedule remaining among the four teams vying for the sixth spot as SRU's final four opponents have a combined .520 winning percentage. Lock Haven has the toughest remaining schedule at .600 followed by The Rock, East Stroudsburg at .500 and California at .460.

Jacob Thiel scored his Rock-best third goal of the season in the loss against Le Moyne. Thiel, who entered the season with three career goals (one as a junior at Slippery Rock and two in his first two seasons at Seton Hill University), is the only Rock player with more than one goal so far this season.

Adolfo Segura netted his first collegiate goal against Le Moyne to become the fourth Rock player this season to score his first goal at SRU along with Nick Sodini, Patrick Sullivan and Ethan Augustin.

Justin Minda and Kenton Keeslar each have goals as well in 2016 to round out The Rock's goal scorers.

Mike Pcholinsky, Devin Hoffman and Justin Minda all recorded assists vs. Le Moyne. Pcholinsky now has a career-high three assists on the year and seven over his career.
