LOCK HAVEN Pa. – The Slippery Rock University men's soccer team landed three All-Pennsylvanian State Athletic Conference Western Division selections when the league announced its postseason awards Wednesday.
The Rock had a trio of second team selections. Defender
Colton Spence, midfielder
Ryan Hanes and forward
Kaden Reynolds earned second team honors.
This is the sixth straight season Slippery Rock has had multiple players earn All-PSAC honors.
Spence, a senior from Cheswick, Pennsylvania, becomes a two-time All-PSAC honoree after earning second team honors in 2024 before adding another second team selection this fall. Wednesday marks the first All-PSAC selections for Hanes and Reynolds.
Slippery Rock finished the season 7-7-3 overall, marking the second consecutive season The Rock finished the season with a winning percentage of .500 or better.
A brief look at season accomplishments of each of the three Slippery Rock All-PSAC honorees can be found below.
Colton Spence – 2nd Team Defense
Spence was a captain for The Rock and led a defensive line that boasted the seventh best defense in the PSAC. Offensively, Spence took three shots in 2025. In his senior season, Spence started all 16 games he played in and was on the field for a total of 1,421 minutes (88.8/game).
Ryan Hanes – 2nd Team Midfielder
Hanes was also a captain of this Slippery Rock team and controlled the midfield for SRU. During the 2025 campaign, he took five shots and put two shots on goal. In his junior season, Hanes started all 17 games and played a total of 1,358 minutes (79.9/game).
Kaden Reynolds – 2nd Team Forward
Reynolds led Slippery Rock with 17 points on eight goals and one assist. He also recorded 37 shots and 19 shots on goal. Reynolds scored five of the last six goals to end The Rock's season. In his sophomore campaign, Reynolds started 12 of 17 games and played a total of 1,085 minutes (63.8/game).
