SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.- The Slippery Rock University field hockey team hosts No. 2 Millersville in the second game of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference schedule Saturday at 1 p.m. at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.

Records: Slippery Rock is 3-5 and coming off a 3-1 loss to No. 7 Bloomsburg in the conference-opener Tuesday night.
 
Millersville is 6-0 overall and coming off a 1-0 conference-opening win against No. 1 West Chester.
 
Scouting The Rock: Slippery Rock is edged in total shots (124-76), goals (18-14) and penalty corners (79-46) by opponents this fall. Junior Megan McKay leads The Rock in scoring with 11 points on four goals and three assists. Sophomore Kailee Krupski ranks second on the team in goals scored with three, while sophomore Alyssa Castle and freshman Megan Kane have scored two goals each. Senior Courtney Bradshaw, sophomore Kayla Mack and freshman Allison Grant have recorded one goal apiece. Juniors Michelle Couch and Renee Rosenblum have registered two assists each. Senior goalkeeper Carlee DuMars (3-5) has played every minute in the cage for SRU. She has recorded 69 saves and posts a goals against average of 2.85 and a save percentage of .793.
 
Scouting the Marauders: Millersville leads opponents this season in total shots (121-23), goals (14-4) and penalty corners (84-24). Junior Arianna Grays leads Millersville in scoring with four goals this fall. Freshman Aliza Mizak and sophomore Kathleen Bishop have seven points each on three goals and one assist. Junior Olivia Hershey adds two goals, while senior Megan Donlan and sophomore Katie DeLuca have recorded one goal apiece. Redshirt freshman goalkeeper Kylee Bair has got the start in five of Millersville's games, clocking 350 minutes. She has recorded two saves and allowed four goals for a goals against average of 0.80 and a save percentage of .333.
 
All-Time Series: Millersville owns the overall series 27-9-2 and has won the past five meetings between the teams.
 
Last Meeting: The Marauders defeated The Rock 2-0 on Oct. 4, 2014 at Millersville.
