IUP Stats The Slippery Rock University field hockey team continues Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action Friday when it hosts Indiana (Pa.) at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.
Saturday's game was originally scheduled to be played Saturday, Oct. 10, but the contest was moved to Friday to allow Slippery Rock players and coaches the chance to attend services for former Rock field hockey standout Meghan McKinney, who passed away Sept. 29 in an automobile accident.

Records: SRU enters the game at 5-7 overall and 2-3 in the PSAC.
IUP comes into the contest at 4-7 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
Scouting The Rock: Junior
Megan McKay leads Slippery Rock this season with 12 goals and three assists. McKay recorded two hat tricks last week against Mansfield and Kutztown to earn PSAC Athlete of the Week honors. McKay also scored both goals in Wednesday's 2-1 double overtime win against Seton Hill. Sophomore

Courtney Bradshaw has recorded a team-high four assists for The Rock. Senior goalkeeper
Carlee DuMars has made 84 saves, while allowing 27 goals to post a 2.87 goals against average and a .757 save percentage.
Scouting The Crimson Hawks: Amber Bailey and Matti Reightler have scored two goals apiece this season for IUP. Ericka Griffith and Brittany Thornton have five points each on two goals and one assist. IUP goalkeeper Olivia Accardi has made 24 saves and allowed 20 goals this season to post a goals against average of 2.40 and a save percentage of .545. Alyssa Lerda has clocked 250 minutes in the cage this season for the Crimson Hawks, making four saves and allowing five goals.
Series: IUP leads the overall series 34-14-1.
Last Meeting: Last fall, Slippery Rock earned a 1-0 overtime win at IUP on Oct. 25.
