INDIANA, Pa. -- Freshman
Amanda Lancki placed second in the 100-yard backstroke to lead The Rock effort in the Crimson Hawk Invitational hosted by Indiana U. of Pa.
Lancki's time of 1:02.29 earned her an automatic berth in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships and accounted for The Rock's only top-eight finish in an individual event.
Five Rock relay teams garnered fifth-place finishes to help the Green and White to a seventh-place team finish.

Raquel Woerner and
Lauren Hervatin and freshman Merideth Grusek for a 1:47.86 time in the 200 freestyle relay and joined Grusek, Woerner and sophomore
Lindsay Moyer for a 4:31.73 time in the 400 medley relay. She then teamed with Grusek, Hervatin and Woerner for a 2:03.02 time in the 200 medley relay.

Rachel Woods had an 8:53.94 time in the 800 freestyle relay, while the foursome of Hervatin, Grusek, Moyer and Woerner recorded a 3:57.19 time in the 400 freestyle relay.
The Rock returns to action Dec. 5-6, when it will compete in the Longnecker Invitational at Grove City College.
