SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Logan Anderson recorded an NCAA provisional score in the decathlon to lead seven Slippery Rock multi-event athletes at the Riverhawk Multi Meet that wrapped up Friday evening from Susquehanna University.

The Rock sent three men and four women to compete at Susquehanna while the rest of the team will compete Saturday and Sunday at Westminster and Bucknell at two different meets.

Anderson led the way for SRU in the decathlon with a third place finish in the "orange" section of the event with an NCAA provisional score of 6,928 points. That mark is just shy of his career best and currently ranks him No. 1 in the Atlantic Region and No. 5 among all athletes in Division II this spring.

Jacob Stucchio won the "maroon" section of the decathlon with a career-best score of 6,213 points. He also recorded a career-best and PSAC automatic qualifying jump of 7.01 meters in the long jump during the competition. His score is currently No. 5 in the PSAC this spring. He was joined in the maroon section by
Ethan Folmer, who took fourth with a score of 5,419 points.

The women's foursome was led by
Autumn Wyatt with a sixth place finish in the orange section of the heptathlon. She tallied a career-best score of 4,341 points to lead three SRU women to career-best marks in the seeded section. Her score is also currently the No. 1 score in the PSAC.

Maddy Miller was seventh with a personal best score of 4,228 points and
Leighanne Swan was ninth with a personal best score of 4,062 points. Miller's mark is currently No. 2 in the PSAC, while Swan is No. 5. Wyatt also hit the PSAC auto mark in the long jump (5.57m), while Miller (15.30 seconds) and Swan (15.44 seconds) both hit the PSAC auto mark in the 100-meter hurdles.

The women's team was capped by
Ellie Speigle, who placed seventh in the maroon section of the heptathlon with a score of 3,133 points.

The rest of the SRU track & field team will compete Saturday and Sunday at a pair of meets with 69 athletes in action at Westminster Saturday and 49 athletes competing at Bucknell Saturday and Sunday.
