• If the season ended today, Slippery Rock would sit outside of the PSAC Tournament by one spot in seventh. However, The Rock are just one game behind the Vulcans for the final spot with five games to go in the regular season. Slippery Rock will play California one more time this season, Feb. 28, at the Convocation Center. Earlier this seaosn, SRU took down Cal, 76-72, at Morrow Field House.

• Pitt-Johnstown rounds out the PSAC West in eighth place with a 4-11 conference record.

ROOKIE LEADERS
With five games left in the regular season, Wade is currently The Rock's leading scorer with 14.6 points per game. If the freshman stays as Slippery Rock's top point-getter, she will be the third rookie to lead The Rock in scoring since the 1999-00 season. Regan Atkins (2023-24) and Siembak (1999-00) are the only SRU rookies to lead the team in points in the last 27 seasons. Atkins led SRU with 15.2 ppg. while Siembak averaged 15.5 ppg in her rookie campaign.

PICKING UP STEALS
Woods has been a core player for SRU on the defensive end this season. The senior transfer from Bethune-Cookman sits with 38 steals on the season, tied with Joseph-Bernard (2024-25 \ Hofstra) for the sixth most steals by a transfer in their first year at SRU. Woods has at least one steal in all but one game so far this season.

On the offensive end, Woods has reach double-digits in points in eight of her last 12 games, averaging 8.8 ppg over that span.

MOVING UP THE FRESHMAN RANKS
Wade is inside the top 10 in SRU history for points, assists, minutes and 3-pointers made by a freshman. The rookie currently sits in third place in assists (98), fourth in minutes (784), sixth in made 3-pointers (22) and sixth in points (307).

Against Clarion, Wade scored 20 points and orchestrated four assists in 39 minutes of action. This performance resulted in Wade moving up one spots in the minutes list and three spots in points. The freshman has scored in double- figures in her last seven games and 18 of her 21 appearances this season. This seven game streak of 10+ points is Wade's longest of the year. Wade had 16 points, five assists and two assists against IUP earlier this year.

SHARPSHOOTING DUO
Gillin and Hook have been among the PSAC's top sharpshooters in the 2025-26 season. Gillin (1.9) and Hook (1.7) rank fifth and ninth in the conference in 3-pointers made per game.

The junior also earned her fourth consecutive start against Clarion.

LEADER FROM LONG RANGE
Along with Gillin, Hook has been the driving force behind The Rock's success from 3-point range. The junior guard has connected on 33.6 percent (36-of-107) of her 3-point attempts this season. She enters Saturday ranked ninth in 3-pointers made per game (1.7) in the PSAC. Hook has surpassed her career-high in made 3-pointers (33) that she set a season ago, with at least five games left to play.

In 21 starts this season, the PSAC's fifth ranked player in minutes played has averaged 11.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.1 assists per game. The junior is shooting 39.3 percent from the field overall along with her .336 mark from 3-point range.

ONE OF A KIND
While typically not the highest scoring player on the court, Joseph-Bernard always finds multiple ways to impact the game. The senior is averaging 9.1 points, 9.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.7 blocks and 2.1 steals per game.

Joseph-Bernard is the only Division II athlete to average at least 9.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.5 blocks and 2.0 steals per game. The senior forward also sits seventh on Division II's in single-game blocks list with her seven-block game against Glenville State.

SETTING RECORDS
Joseph-Bernard and Gillin have combined for 60 blocks this season to help The Rock up to sixth on the PSAC's block rankings with 4.1 per game.

Joseph-Bernard and Gillin are just the third pair of Rock teammates with each holding at least 60 career blocks to be active at the same time. If Gillin and Joseph-Bernard were to reach the 70 career block mark by the end of the season, they would be the first pair of Rock teammates to be active with 70 career blocks.
