Rock to host ID Clinic July 27

The Slippery Rock women’s soccer program will host a one-day ID Clinic for high school athletes (grades 9-12) from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 27 at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University women's soccer program has announced plans to host a one-day ID Clinic on July 27, head coach Noreen Herlihy announced Tuesday.
 
The clinic will be held at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium and run from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost to attend the clinic is $130 if registered before June 13 and $150 for registrations after June 13. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Spots are limited.
 
The clinic is designed for high school players who are serious about playing at the collegiate level. Attendees will participate in training sessions, small-sided games and have a chance to interact directly with the SRU coaching staff.
 
Prospective student-athletes will be provided with a great opportunity to showcase their skills, experience SRU's coaching style and get a feel for what it's like to be part of The Rock women's soccer program.

One of the top programs in the Atlantic Region on an annual basis, Slippery Rock has recorded 28 consecutive winning seasons in addition to making 14 straight Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Tournament appearances.
