CROSSOVER SUCCESS
The Rock continues to find success through the crossover portion of its schedule. Since the 2014-15 season, SRU is now 23-17 (.575) against their Eastern Division competitors. A 2-0 week would prompt Slippery Rock's best record through four crossover contests since the 2018-19 team that went 4-0.

TRANSFER TRIUMPH
Donza, a Navy transfer, has settled into The Rock's rotation as of late. After scoring just 14 points over Slippery Rock's first four contests, Donza tallied back-to-back double-digit performances with a career-high 17 points against Shepherd and 11 points at Shippensburg.

FIRST YEAR WINS BY HEAD COACH
Former assistant coach Chenara Wilson was named the Acting Head Coach ahead of the 2022-23 season following the unexpected passing of Head Coach Bobby McGraw in early July. In her debut season leading the squad, Wilson continues to move her way up the list of wins by a head coach in their first year. Wilson currently ranks 11th with six wins and a 2-0 week would move her into a tie for ninth with Marianna Chase (1919-20) with eight.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME
Slippery Rock holds a perfect 2-0 record when playing in Morrow Field House this season. Win's against both Mansfield and Bloomsburg would mark the first season in which The Rock remained undefeated in their first four home contests since the 2015-16 season.
