Johnson earned the weekly accolade after helping lead The Rock to a 2-0 record last week with a 73-60 PSAC crossover victory over East Stroudsburg University and a 77-71 comeback win against Notre Dame College in overtime.
Over two games last week, Johnson averaged 6.0 blocks, 2.0 steals and 7.5 defensive rebounds a game in addition to tallying 20.5 points per game and 13.5 total rebounds per game.

With a 19-point, 13-rebound performance over the Warriors and a 22-point, 14-rebound finish against Notre Dame, Johnson also extended her double-double streak to six. Through six games this season, Johnson has averaged 20.7 ppg and a PSAC-high 16.0 rpg while also leading the conference in field goal percentage at 69 percent.
On the national stage, Johnson leads all of Division II in rebounds per game, field goal percentage and double-doubles while also ranking second in offensive rebounds per game (7.0) and fourth in total rebounds (83).
