Â
BOUNCE-BACK NIGHT AT THE FOUL LINE NEEDED
A key to a Slippery Rock victory against Clarion will be returning to its normal dependable form at the foul line. SRU has been in a slump at the foul line as of late including a 9-for-21 (42.9 percent) showing at Cal U, which was SRU's worst single-game foul shooting performance since going 5-for-15 vs. Cal U on Feb. 25, 2015 (113 games).
Â
Through the first 11 games of the season Slippery Rock made 76.6 percent (210-for-274) of its free throws. However, SRU has converted just 64.8 percent (127-of-196) of its foul shots over the last 10 games.

Â
Currently, Hinderliter trails Kory Fielitz (1,694 points / 1990-94) for second place in program history. For Hinderliter to pass Kearney for the program record she would need to average 23.4 points per game over SRU's final seven contests.
Â
GIBSON APPROACHING THE 500/500 CLUB
Gibson is currently on pace to become just the 17th player in program history to record 500 points and 500 rebounds in career.
