Fun Friday "Heads Up Challenge" Results

The third of four "Fun Friday" team challenges wrapped up Nov. 6 when volleyball, field hockey and men's soccer tackled the Heads Up Challenge. Watch all six team's videos and find updated results here.

ABOUT FUN FRIDAY
With no sports being played this semester at Slippery Rock, we wanted to give teams a chance to have a little fun and show some competitive spirit, so we asked teams to sign up to participate in a number of challenges that will take place on Fridays throughout the fall. Points will be awarded in each of four challenges, eventually leading to a “Fun Friday” fall champion in late November.

CHALLENGE #3: “HEADS UP CHALLENGE”
Six teams signed up to compete in the Heads Up Challenge as the third of our four challenges this semester. For the challenge, two members from each of the six teams played the cell phone game “Heads Up” or “Charades" with each student-athlete spending 60 seconds as the guesser and 60 seconds as the clue giver. Teams were awarded 250 points toward the overall semester scoring for each correct answer recorded.
