Online Registration and Sponsorship

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University Athletics Department has announced that registration is open for the third annual Samantha Swift Memorial Golf Outing, which will take place Monday, June 8 at Olde Stonewall Golf Club, one of the premier golf courses in Pennsylvania.

The Swift Memorial Outing was formerly known as the Women's Athletics Golf Outing (WAGO), which took place annually for 26 years. The event was renamed in 2024 to honor the memory of longtime women's athletics supporter and SRU employee Samantha Swift. All proceeds raised at the event will continue to support women's athletics at The Rock.

The four-person scramble outing will have an 8:30 a.m. registration and a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start, followed by a dinner and awards ceremony. Cost to register is $225 per golfer or $900 per foursome.

The registration fee will cover 18 holes of green fees with a cart, an entry gift, lunch, on-course refreshments and a catered meal following the round of golf.

Team prizes for golf, hole prizes, special event prizes and raffles will also be offered.

There are multiple sponsorship packages available for individuals and companies, ranging from $150 to $2,000. For more information on sponsorship, visit THIS LINK or reach out to Roberta Page at roberta.page@sru.edu.
