SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University Athletics and adidas have announced an extension to their product and sponsorship agreement and the department has welcomed BSN SPORTS to be the exclusive supplier of adidas uniforms, apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment. 

adidas will continue to be the footwear, uniform, apparel, accessories and sideline partner for all 17 Rock Athletics teams. BSN SPORTS will be the exclusive provider of that equipment as SRU joins a network of more than 1,100 colleges that partner with BSN SPORTS for sporting goods apparel and equipment needs. 

"We're excited to continue our partnership with adidas and to welcome BSN SPORTS to serve as our new provider," said Roberta Page, SRU director of athletics. "This partnership will greatly benefit our student-athletes and our department as a whole by giving us access to increased inventory and more options for our teams to design, order and even sell apparel."

Slippery Rock first made the move to adidas in the fall of 2012 with The Rock football team moving to the brand for its uniforms and apparel. The entire Athletics Department made the move to adidas uniforms and apparel in 2015 and celebrated 10 years with adidas in 2025.

"We appreciate Roberta and her team trusting BSN SPORTS to deliver everything Slippery Rock student-athletes, coaches, administrators and fans need to show up game day ready," said Todd Northrop, who serves as senior vice president of BSN SPORTS collegiate and pro select divisions. "We are excited to work with adidas and help build on the nearly 15 years of success they've had serving SRU."

The partnership between Slippery Rock and BSN SPORTS officially began in March.
