QUARTERFINAL HISTORY – Since the PSAC adopted its current tournament structure in 2010, Slippery Rock has advanced out of the quarterfinals and into the semifinals four times. Along with that fact, since the new format in 2010, a No. 8 seed has never defeated a No. 1 seed in the first round.

• LOOKING FOR THE UPSET – Rock is no stranger to upsets having defeated two nationally ranked teams earlier this year. To open its 2018 campaign on Aug. 30, SRU beat No. 22 West Virginia Wesleyan, 1-0, and on Oct. 12, The Rock beat No. 14 Millersville, 2-1.
Â
•
TESTA OUT IN FRONT – Testa leads the team offensively with 16 points on five goals and six assists.
Â
•
OTHER DOUBLE-DIGIT SCORERS – Minda and
Skye Kramer are second and third on the team in total points with 14 and 13, respectively. Minda has six goals and two assists while Kramer has four goals and five assists.
Â
• MORE OF THE SAME FOR DOWNS – With a win last Saturday, goalkeeper
Kylie Downs has registered back-to-back 10-win seasons in net. It is also her third straight season with at least five shutouts and nine wins.
Â
• THEY'VE SEEN THIS BEFORE – Ten current Rock players appeared in last year's PSAC Tournament quarterfinal game including Downs, Testa, Kramer,
Sofia Harrison,
