• Carpenter scored a season-high 27 points against Indiana (Pa.) in addition to producing eight assists, three steals and one block in what was a great all-around game for the senior guard. The 27-point output fell just one point away from matching her previous career-high.

• Carpenter enters the California game ranked 27th in program history in scoring with 708 career points. Game-by-game statistics are unavailable prior to 2005-06, but of the six Rock players to score 700 career points since then Carpenter did it the fastest, besting D'Asia Chambers (61 games), Julie Molloy (65 games), Amanda Nero (83 games), Nikki Presto (85 games) and Erica Aiello (92 games).

Brooke Hinderliter continued her outstanding freshman season against Indiana with 16 points, seven rebounds, five of which were offensive, and four assists. Hinderliter's assist total was a season-high while her points and rebound figures were just shy of personal-bests. The four-time PSAC West Freshman of the Week is averaging 13.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game over The Rock's last four contests.

• Monday's game will be the first for C.C. Dixon, who played her two seasons at California (Pa.), against her former team. Morgan Henderson is the other Slippery Rock player to start every game this season. She is second for SRU in rebounds (6.4 a game) and fifth in scoring (7.4).

Krista Pietropola has served as the first player off the bench this season and is SRU's primary 3-point threat. She leads SRU in both made 3-pointers (26) and 3-point shooting percentage (.388) while also ranking third in scoring (7.7) and fourth in rebounding (5.1 per game).
