LAST MEETING
Tess Keeley netted her fourth goal of the year on a score in the 57th minute to lead The Rock to a 1-0 victory over the Fighting Scots at Edinboro a season ago on Oct. 21, 2015.

SCOUTING THE ROCK
Last Time Out: Slippery Rock had its seven-match unbeaten streak snapped in heartbreaking fashion as No. 5 West Chester scored a goal with just four seconds left in regulation en route to an eventual 2-1 overtime victory against SRU on Oct. 15.
 
• Wednesday's game is the first of four consecutive home games for The Rock. SRU will play three of the games at Egli Field as well as one contest at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium. Over the last four years, Slippery Rock is 25-8-2 (.743) at home overall, 16-5-1 (.750) at Egli Field and 9-3-1 (.731) at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.
 
• Slippery Rock's next victory will secure its 21st consecutive winning season, the seventh longest streak in NCAA Division II history.
 
• Wednesday's game will cap off a brutal four-game stretch of Slippery Rock's schedule in which its opponents (East Stroudsburg, Clarion, West Chester and Edinboro) have combined for a 36-15-3 record. ESU and WCU were both ranked in the top five in the nation when The Rock played them while Edinboro has won five of its last seven games and received votes in the most recent NSCAA top 25 poll.
  
• As the season winds down the senior duo of Dara Demich and Andrea Felix are starting to take over. Demich has scored four goals in the last five games and Felix has two assists in SRU's last two games.
 
• On the year, Demich has a team-high 10 points off of four goals and two assists while Felix is in a three-way tie for second on the team with eight points (two goals / four assists) along with Maddy Tletski (four goals) and Keeley (three goals / two assists).
 
Brooke Testa also has two goals while the quartet of Sam Thornton, Tyler Spence, Lynn Neef and Miranda Gallucci all have two assists.
 
Megan Lenzi scored The Rock's goal against West Chester, the score was her first career goal. She joins Thornton and Spence as players with one goal on the year for The Rock.
 
• In her first season as a starter, goalkeeper Kylie Downs is 7-3-1 with three shutouts, 54 saves, a .844 save percentage and a 0.84 goals against average. Downs ranks fourth in the league in save percentage and fifth in goals allowed.
 
• SRU begins the week ranked seventh in the conference in goals allowed (15) and eighth in goals scored (18).
 
• Keeley and Felix are the only active Rock players with goals in their careers against Edinboro.

SCOUTING THE FIGHTING SCOTS
Last Time Out: Edinboro and Gannon played to a 0-0 tie on Oct. 15.
 
• The Fighting Scots have climbed towards the top of the PSAC standings thanks to an offense that has produced 26 goals and a defense that has given up just nine goals. Edinboro begins the week ranked second in the league in goals scored and third in goals allowed.
 
• Alex Brown and Ashley Mutkus each have six goals while Danielle Chatten has tallied six assists in addition to scoring three goals.
 
• Goalkeeper Sarah Baskey has played all but 13 minutes this season and is 10-2-1 with five shutouts, 32 saves, a .800 save percentage and a 0.61 goals against average. She is second in the conference in shutouts and third in goals against average.
 
• Edinboro has allowed just two or more goals in a game twice this season.
