SCOUTING THE ROCK• Today's match begins a season-long five-match home stand for Slippery Rock.
• To say Slippery Rock is dominant at James Egli Field would be an understatement. In the last five years Slippery Rock is an astounding 18-4-1 (.804) on the grass field. Slippery Rock has not lost a non-conference game at Egli Field in the last six seasons.
• Slippery Rock dropped a 2-1 decision on the road to defending Mountain East Conference champion Notre Dame College Sept. 3 in South Euclid, Ohio in The Rock's season opener.
• Senior midfielder
Caitlin Binder led the way for Slippery Rock in the season opener with one goal and three shots. The goal was the sixth of her career.

| Seventh season (60-51-3)• Seniors Meghan Lipinoga and Ashley Griffin return to lead Daemen, which was picked to finish 10th in the East Coast Conference this season by the league's coaches, in 2015.
• Lipinoga has been a fixture in the defensive third since arriving at Daemen in the fall of 2012 after signing at NCAA Division I Canisius College where she red-shirted in 2011. At Daemen, Lipinoga has made 60 appearances, including 58 starts, scoring eight goals and totaling 20 points.
• Injuries limited Griffin to only 12 appearances last season, but she brings a veteran presence to the Daemen midfield with 46 appearances and 35 starts in her career to date.
