Last Time Out: Ali Brosky fielded a corner kick from Brooke Edwards in traffic and proceeded to place her shot in the back of the net, giving The Rock a 1-0 victory in overtime against Clarion University. The Rock dominated the game throughout, finishing the contest with 22-3 and 6-1 edges in shots and corners, respectively (Box Score).

Indiana lost its first game of the season when Chelsea Crockett scored a pair of goals for California University (Pa.) to give the Vulcans a 2-0 win over the nationally ranked Crimson Hawks (Box Score).

Scouting Slippery Rock: Slippery Rock ranks second in the conference in total shots (82), third in shots on goal (46) and third in goals allowed (three). The Rock's defense has allowed just six shots on goal in the second half of games in 2014. SRU is 22-13-10 on the road in regular season conference contests dating back to 2008.

Goalkeeper Annabelle Hegeman earned her PSAC-best third shutout of the season against Clarion. The clean sheet lowered her Goals Against Average to a scant 0.57 on the season, which is the sixth lowest in the league. Hegeman has also stopped 24 shots (.889) in 474:18 minutes played.

The Rock has featured a balanced offensive attack early in the season with four different players scoring goals. Brosky and Andrea Felix lead the way with two goals each while Dara Demich and Leslie Henny have both scored once. Felix also has one assist as does Edwards, Caitlin Binder and Haley Burkholder.

In addition to being tied for the team-lead in goals, Felix also has recorded SRU-highs in total points (five) and shots on goal (eight).

With goals against Davis & Elkins and Clarion, Brosky is in the midst of the first two-game scoring streak of her collegiate career. Brosky's goal against Clarion also gave Edwards her first assist at Slippery Rock.

Sam Thornton's 17 total shots rank fourth among all players in the PSAC.

Scouting Indiana: The Crimson Hawks can credit their hot start to the duo of Victoria Crawford and Brittney Kuhns. The pair has combined to score seven of IUP's 11 goals this season with Crawford scoring four times and Kuhns tallying three goals.

Three goalies have seen live action this year, but Jessica Printz has logged the majority of the minutes. She is 4-1 with two shutouts, 25 saves (.893) and 0.63 GAA.

Eight of the Crimson Hawks' PSAC-best 11 goals have come in the first half.

Head Coaches: Now in her 20th season in charge of the Slippery Rock program, head coach Noreen Herlihy owns an impressive 242-107-30 record. She needs just eight victories to become the 11th head coach in NCAA Division II women's soccer history to amass 250 career wins.

Adel Heder is in his 14th season in charge of the Crimson Hawks program. He has put together a record of 164-90-20.
