SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University women's soccer team will start its regular season ending four-game road trip Wednesday at 6 p.m. against Edinboro University at Sox Harrison Stadium in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference play.

Standings Watch: With four games left in the regular season, Slippery Rock (9-3-1, 8-3-1 PSAC) finds itself currently slotted fifth in the conference standings with 25 points and just three points, or one victory, out of third place. The top eight teams at the end of the regular season qualify for the PSAC Tournament; West Chester and East Stroudsburg have both already clinched berths.

Edinboro scored six consecutive goals in an eventual 6-3 victory over Mansfield. Ashley Mutkus scored four times for the Fighting Scots (

Scouting Slippery Rock: Slippery Rock leads the PSAC in scoring at 2.615 goals per game while also allowing the league's second fewest goals per game (0.62). SRU is also among the nations best in assists with 31, the eighth most in NCAA Division II.

Andrea Felix remains Slippery Rock's leader in total points on the year with 18 off of five goals and a team-best eight assists. Others helping Slippery Rock to one of the top assists totals in the country have been Keeley (five assists),
Caitlin Binder (four) and
Brooke Edwards (four). Keeley is also tied for second on the team in goals (five) and total points (15).

The senior duo of Krueger and
Ali Brosky are tied for the lead in goals with six. Krueger's two-goal game against Lock Haven moved her into 22
nd place in Rock history for career points with 34.

Annabelle Hegeman, The Rock's goalkeeper of record for every game this season, has produced six individual shutouts, 48 saves, a .857 save percentage and a 0.64 Goals Against Average (GAA). Her six solo shutouts are tied for the most by any goalie in the PSAC. Hegeman and reserve
Shannon Mahoney have also combined for two team shutouts.

Scouting Edinboro: At 8-5-1 overall and 8-4-1 in the PSAC, the Fighting Scots enter the week with 25 conference points, but behind SRU in the league standings due to having one more conference loss. Edinboro has the PSAC's fourth highest scoring offense with 27 goals on the season. Mutkus and Liz Debo have done the majority of the scoring for the Fighting Scots in 2014 with six goals each. Teammate Jansen Hartmann has chipped in five goals as well as passing out four assists. Meghan Kelly has served as Edinboro's primary goalie and is 8-5-1 with three shutouts, 42 saves (.737) and a 1.04 GAA.

Series History: SRU is 3-0-2 in its last five contests against Edinboro and leads the all-time series 16-3-7. The Rock has lost just once to Edinboro since the 2002 season.
