Records: Slippery Rock enters the game with a 4-12 overall record and a 3-9 mark in league games. The Rock is coming off a 75-58 loss to California Wednesday and is riding a three-game losing streak. 

Edinboro enters the game with a 13-3 overall record and a 10-2 mark in league games. The Fighting Scots are riding a four-game winning streak that includes wins over No. 6 Gannon and No. 19 Indiana.

Scouting The Rock: Slippery Rock is scoring 57.3 points per game and allowing opponents 70.4 points per game.

The Rock is shooting 35.4 percent from the field, 22.2 percent from beyond the 3-point line and 60.5 percent at the free throw line. Opponents average 40.8 percent from the field, 28.9 percent from long range and 69.2 percent at the charity stripe.

Erinne Cunningham has scored in double figures in each of the last two games and leads the team in scoring at 10.3 points per game and also leads the team with 27 steals. D'Asia Chambers adds 10.0 points per game and is the leading active rebounder on the squad at 6.3 boards per game.

Alexas Brown is coming off a career-high 18-point performance and adds 9.3 points per game and leads the team in assists with 61.  Simone Aladenoye adds 5.7 points per game and Emilee Vitez adds 3.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.

Scouting the Fighting Scots: Edinboro is scoring 73.6 points per game and allowing 62.5 points per game.

The Scots are shooting 42.5 percent from the field, 26.8 percent from beyond the 3-point line and 72.9 percent at the free throw line. Opponents average 36.6 percent from the field, 28.4 percent from long range and 68.6 percent at the charity stripe.

Edinboro is led by two of the top-three scorers in the PSAC, including the top scorer in the league Kiara Brown, who averages 15.7 points per game. Samantha Blazetic adds 15.0 points and 8.3 rebounds per game and has 37 blocks on the year. Darche' Jackson chips in 10.4 points and 4.1 assists per game.

Laurel Lindsay adds 7.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game and Aignee Freeland chips in 7.3 points per game. Every player that averages more than 10 minutes per game scores at least 4.0 points per game.

Series: Edinboro leads the all-time series 41-36. The Scots have won the last six consecutive games in the series. The last Slippery Rock win came during the 2008-09 season, when The Rock swept the season series.

Head Coaches: Tanya Longo is in her third season as the head coach at Slippery Rock. Longo has taken on a rebuilding project with the program and has posted a record of 13-55 in her tenure at SRU. Longo came to Slippery Rock after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at Division I Southern Illinois. Longo owns a 0-4 record in four games against Edinboro.

Stan Swank is in his 26th season as the head coach at Edinboro, where he owns a career record of 457-264 and ranks 14th among all active Division II coaches in wins. He has led the team to a 69-9 record since the beginning of the 2010-11 season as has guided the Fighting Scots to back-to-back PSAC titles. Swank is 28-25 against SRU.

Last Meeting: (Box Score) Edinboro, then ranked No. 2 in the nation, defeated Slippery Rock 62-39 in Edinboro Feb. 11, 2012 to improve its season record to 22-0.

The Scots got 19 points and 14 rebounds from Samantha Blazetic and 13 points from Renee' Brown.

Slippery Rock was limited to just 13 made field goals in the game and was led by 12 points from Danielle Smith.
