LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- The Rock knocked off hosting Lock Haven by a 79-69 score Wednesday night in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division action to give
Laurel Heilman her 100th win as The Rock's head coach.
Heilman (pictured above), a former Rock standout and captain of SRU's only PSAC championship team in 1986, now owns a 100-133 record in nine seasons as the Green and White's boss.
Wednesday's win was the seventh recorded by The Rock in 18 games this season, which matches SRU's final win total last year. The Rock is 2-3 in PSAC-West games.
Lock Haven saw its season records fall to 3-15 overall, 0-5 against division rivals.

Sasha Sales recorded her fifth "double-double" in the last six games with 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead The Rock attack.

Jess Schake chipped in nine points and blocked three shots, while junior point guard
Nikki Presto contributed seven points, seven rebounds, four assists and three steals.
The Rock never trailed in the game, although Lock Haven did tie the score at 4-4 and 6-6 early on.
SRU scored six unanswered points and 30 of the final 41 points in the opening half to take a 19-point, 36-17, advantage into the intermission.
The Rock held its largest lead of the game, a 26-point, 53-27, advantage with 14:45 left to play before the hosting Bald Eagles clawed their way back.
Lock Haven trailed by only six points, 73-67, with 2:45 remaining before The Rock closed out the game with a 6-2 run to push the margin back to double digits.
The Rock shot a scorching 53.6% (15 of 28) from the field in the opening half before it cooled off to a still-respectable 46.7% (14 of 30) effort in the final 20 minutes to finish with a 50% efficiency.
From the foul line, SRU nailed 19 of 26 attempts for a 73.1% efficiency. The Green and White was 2-for-8 (25%) from 3-point range and held a whopping 43-23 advantage in rebounds, but were on the high side of a 21-12 turnover comparison.
Lock Haven, after shooting only 22.6% (7 of 31) from the field in the first half, hit 55.6% (15 of 27) of its second-half attempts to finish with a 37.9% efficiency. The Bald Eagles made 81.8% (18 of 22) of their free throws and shot 30.4% (7 of 23) from beyond the arc.
The Rock now turns its attention to Saturday's 5:30 p.m. game at ninth-ranked Indiana (Pa.) before opening a three-game homestand next Wednesday with a 6 p.m. game vs. third-ranked California (Pa.) in Morrow Field House.
