SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – As we approach what would have been the opening weekend of the fall sports seasons, the Slippery Rock University Athletic Communication Office would like to remind fans that many archived games from the last three years are available to view for free on the Rock Athletics Digital Network.

The Rock Athletics Digital Network can be viewed for free on any computer, tablet or mobile device at the link above. The network is also available as a free download on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Android TV devices. Simply search for "Rock Athletics" in the respective app stores on those devices to download the app.

All of Slippery Rock's home football games from the last three seasons are available, with the exception of the 2019 NCAA Division II semifinal game, which ESPN owns the exclusive rights to. Multiple home field hockey, men's and women's soccer and women's volleyball games are also available for free viewing for any fans looking for their fix of The Rock's fall sports. In addition to the fall sports, numerous winter and spring sport archived games are available as well.

A limited selection of away games from 2019 are also available through the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Network, which can be accessed HERE online. The PSAC Network is also available on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku devices as a free download.

The Rock Athletics Digital Network was launched by the SRU Athletic Communication Office in September of 2017 as a way to deliver live and on-demand SRU athletics events to a wider audience with the addition of television applications and enhanced video streaming options on the web. The vast majority of the games are produced by undergraduate students working in the Athletic Communication Office. Most of those students are sport management or communication majors at SRU. Students working on the broadcasts handle camera operations, scorebug graphics, replay, play-by-play announcing, color commentary and more. Clips from the Rock Athletics Digital Network have appeared on ESPN's SportsCenter 11 times since the launch of the network. Those clips have been viewed online more than 25 million times across all platforms.
