Mercyhurst owns a 13-1 advantage in the all-time series that dates back to the 2008 season. The lone Rock win in the series came at home against No. 6 Mercyhurst in 2015. Slippery Rock led 2-1 just shy of 10 minutes into its game at No. 22 Roberts Wesleyan Saturday before the Redhawks broke the game open on the way to a 15-5 win.

All three of Mercyhurst's games have been decided by at least 10 goals so far this year after a 16-6 win at Walsh, a 19-2 loss at LeMoyne and a 19-9 win at Tiffin.
