SLIPPERY ROCK NOTES
Last Time Out: SRU lost on the road at No. 2 West Chester University , 5-0.

• Slippery Rock enjoyed one of the top offensive performances in program history in its 8-0 victory against Frostburg State earlier in the season. The eight goals marked the second-highest single-game scoring output by a Rock field hockey team ever and were the most since an 11-goal performance against Washington and Jefferson in 2001.

• SRU's 30 shots against FSU ranked third in program single-game history.

• Individually against Frostburg, Jessie Trube scored an SRU single-game record four goals in addition to assisting on another in the victory. The four-goal game was the second-highest output by a PSAC athlete this season behind only Jazmin Petrantonio, who scored six goals against Mercyhurst.

• Kayla Ulrich also had a strong outing against Frostburg State with two goals and one assist.

• Other top performers for The Rock against the Bobcats in the first meeting of the season included Addy Ross, Lauren Marks and Emily Polakovsky. Ross and Marks both scored goals while Polakovsky assisted on Trube's record-breaking goal.

• Holly Stiller has made a defensive save in each of The Rock's last two games to push her season total to a Rock-high three. She begins the week ranked second in the PSAC and tied for third in all of Division II in defensive saves.

• Ulrich and Trube have led The Rock's offensive output this season. Both players have 10 points on four goals and two assists. Trube also leads The Rock with 14 shots on goal. Ross is SRU's other multi-goal scorer. The freshman has tallied two goals.

• Marks, Polakovsky, Courtney Page and Abby McKay have all scored one goal as well with Page also having passed out two assists.

• Goalkeepers Hannah Nurse and Maddie Murphy have each started five games this season with Murphy playing slightly more overall (311:17-273:43). Murphy is 1-4 with 29 saves, a .690 save percentage and a 2.92 goals against average. Nurse is 1-4 with 44 saves, a .733 save percentage and a 4.09 goals against average. The duo have combined for two shutouts.

• All three goalies on The Rock's 2019 roster played against FSU earlier in the season. Murphy got the start, stopping three shots in two quarters played. Nurse did not face a shot in the third quarter while Taylor Page had four saves in the fourth quarter.

RECORDS WATCH
• Ulrich already ranks second in program history for points in a career with 52 and third in career goals with 23. While she is still 29 points away from catching Megan McKay (2013-16) for The Rock's career points record, Ulrich only needs three goals to pass Marlene Hall (1985-88) for second place on SRU career goal ledger.

• Ulrich and Page are part of a six-way tie for 14th place in program history for assists in a career at six each.

• Murphy currently ranks third for Slippery Rock in career wins (12), fourth in career goals against average (2.20), fourth in saves (184) and sixth in save percentage (.730).
