SCOUTING THE ROCK
• LAST TIME OUT – The Rock earned an overtime victory against Mercyhurst, 1-0, in a PSAC home matchup on Oct. 17.
Kailee Krupski scored the game-winning goal in the 77th minute off of a
Kayla Mack assist out of a penalty corner. Slippery Rock led Mercyhurst in shots (14-6), shots on goal (11-4) and penalty corners (11-10).

• SENIOR DAY – Prior to today's game, The Rock's senior class of Krupski, Mack,
Alyssa Castle,
Torri Rose and
Nicole Bream will be honored for their contributions to the program over the last four years. This year's senior class has won 31 games over their SRU careers, the fourth highest total over a four-year period in the program's 41-year history.

• SENIOR CAREER SNAPSHOT – Saturday's game will mark the 72nd consecutive start of Mack's career. She ranks second in program history in defensive saves with 18. Krupski begins her final regular season home game ranked fifth in Rock history in total points (43), fourth in assists (11) and seventh in goals scored (16). A two-year starter, Bream has won 11 games and ranks third in program history in both save percentage and goals against average. Castle has started a career-best 16 games this season while Rose will be playing in her 57th collegiate contest today.

• WINNING WAYS – Slippery Rock's 10 wins on the year is its highest total since the 1988 season, when the team finished 10-3-1. With just two games remaining, The Rock has also secured a winning record for the first time since 1998, when the team finished 8-6.

• PLAYOFF PUSH – SRU is currently slotted fourth in the PSAC standings, with the top six teams at the end of the regular season qualifying for the conference tournament. The Rock can secure a playoff spot with a win against East Stroudsburg or a loss by Kutztown against No. 1 Shippensburg. Slippery Rock last qualified for the PSAC tournament in 2014.

• SWITCHABLE STOPPERS – For a majority of Slippery Rock's 16 games this season, SRU has implemented a system of starting Bream and then subbing in
Maddie Murphy for the second half. In 14 starts, Bream is 4-4 with 36 saves, a 1.59 goals against average and a .750 save percentage. In 16 games played (two starts), Murphy is 6-2 with 37 saves, a 1.52 goals against average and a .740 save percentage.

• FRESHMEN TO FEAR – The Rock has had four players crack the top 10 of various SRU freshman record book categories. Ulrich ranks first in shots (58), shots on goal (46), points (24), goals (11) and is tied for fifth in assists (two). Morgan is tied for second in assists (three) and tied for third in points (13) and goals (five). Page is tied for fifth in assists (two). Murphy currently ranks fourth in goalie minutes (599:29) and saves (37).Â

• AMONG THE PSAC'S BEST – Ulrich is ranked among the best in virtually every major statistical category in the PSAC. She is tied for third in goals, tied for fifth in points and ranks sixth in shots. Â

• DAZZLING DEFENDERS – Mack leads The Rock with five defensive saves this season, which is tied for third most in the PSAC. Wolfe has three defensive saves on the season, which is tied for eighth in the PSAC. For their careers, Mack is tied for second in program history in defensive saves with 18 while Wolfe ranks fifth with 12. As a team, SRU ranks sixth in the nation in total defensive saves.

• UPSET HISTORY – Slippery Rock's last win against East Stroudsburg came during the 2014 season when SRU upended the fifth-ranked Warriors 2-1. Mack and Krupski both started the game with Mack recording a defensive save. Â
