SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.- The Slippery Rock University field hockey team hosts No. 4 East Stroudsburg Saturday at 12 p.m. at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium

Records: Slippery Rock is 2-3 and coming off a 5-0 setback at the hands of No. 2 ranked Shippensburg on the road Tuesday afternoon.
 
East Stroudsburg is 3-2 this season after dropping a 1-0 contest at Millersville Tuesday afternoon.
 
Both ESU and SRU have dropped their last two games.
 
Scouting The Rock: Slippery Rock is edged 75-57 in total shots and 44-33 in penalty corners by its opponents this season.
 
Junior Megan McKay currently leads Slippery Rock in scoring with four goals and two assists.
 
Sophomore Kailee Krupski has three goals, while sophomore Alyssa Castle has scored twice this fall. Freshman Megan Kane has tallied one goal and one assist, while junior Michelle Couch has registered two assists.
 
Senior Carlee DuMars has recorded 37 saves in the cage, while posting a 3.07 goals against average and 0.755 save percentage.
 
Scouting the Warriors: The Warriors hold an 87-32 advantage in total shots and a 58-20 advantage in penalty corners over its opponents.
 
Senior Ally Roth leads the Warriors with four goals and one assist.
 
Junior Desiraye Mack has three goals, while senior Rebecca Snyder has one goal and two assists so far this season. Seniors Rebecca Snyder and Samantha Hosford, junior Robin Stevenson and sophomore Sydney McCarthy have all scored one goal apiece this fall.
 
Junior goalie Danielle Ard has made 16 saves this season and owns a 1.03 goals against average and a 0.800 save percentage.
 
All-Time Series: East Stroudsburg leads the overall series against Slippery Rock, 25-8-1.
 
Last Meeting: Slippery Rock snapped a 17-game losing streak last season with a 2-1 upset win over the Warriors at home on Sept. 28, 2014. Couch scored off a penalty corner in the final seconds of the game to lead Slippery Rock to a victory over then No. 5-ranked East Stroudsburg.
