KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Andrew Greenslade led a three-man contingent from the Slippery Rock University men's outdoor track and field team in the decathlon at the Mondschein Multi by placing third with a career-high total of 5,840 points.
Greenslade's point total is the fifth highest total in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference this season. The top-14 decathlon point totals are accepted into the PSAC Championships.
Derick Fiedler finished right behind Greenslade in fourth place with 5,733 points.
Rounding out The Rock's representatives at the Mondschein Multi Meet was
Adam Brenneman, who placed 16th with a total of 3,991 points.
The rest of the Slippery Rock men's track and field team will be competing Saturday at either the Bison Relays or at the Slippery Rock-hosted Dave Labor Invitational.
