ERIE, Pa. -- Sophomore goalie
Lisa Belcastro recorded seven saves Saturday afternoon in The Rock's 2-0 loss at Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division rival Mercyhurst College.
The Rock, which saw its season record fall to 2-4 overall and 0-3 in division play, was outshot by a 15-8 margin in game.
Saturday's win was Mercyhurst's first in three games this fall and first in two PSAC-West contests.
Jen Macri recorded five saves for the Lakers.
SRU returns to action on Wednesday, when it will host Seton Hill in a 7 p.m. game at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.
The Rock will look to snap a three-game losing streak and also record a season sweep vs. the Griffins. The Green and White's last win was a 4-3 overtime triumph over Seton Hill in Greensburg.
