LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Junior Jen Harpp garnered the conference runner-up honor Saturday to lead The Rock to a second-place team finish in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Lock Haven University.

Harpp (pictured above) covered the 6K course in 21:16 and finished behind only Neely Spence (20:59), who led Shippensburg to the team title.

The Red Raiders finished with 70 points, only three points better than The Rock's 73-point total. Kutztown was third with 115 points.

Harpp was one of three Rock runners to attain All-PSAC status by virtue of a top-20 finish in the individual race.

Senior Jaime Wright earned All-PSAC honors for the second straight season with a sixth-place finish in Saturday's race. Her time was 21:38. Junior Laura Mucho placed 10th with a time of 21:56.

Rounding out The Rock runners Saturday were sophomore Crystal Burnick (23rd place, 22:27), senior Katie Bork (32nd place, 22:45), senior Leslie Kramer (39th place, 23:12) and freshman Caitlin Hancox (46th place, 23:28).

The Rock will now turn its attention to next Saturday's NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional meet, which SRU will host at Cooper's Lake Campground south of Slippery Rock.
