SCOUTING THE ROCK
• LAST TIME OUT – The Rock fell at home in a non-conference contest against Ashland University, 2-0. SRU out shot the Eagles 16-15, but was unable to find the back of the net.
• LEAGUE OPENERS – Slippery Rock will play its first PSAC game of 2017. The Rock is 5-2 in conference openers dating back to 2010.
• SO MANY CHANCES – SRU outshot the Eagles on Wednesday, but could not get a ball to fall. Up front,
George Oakley led the charge with three shots on goal.
