SERIES HISTORY
Slippery Rock holds a commanding 23-10-1 over Gannon in the all-time series that dates back to the 1968 season. SRU has won eight of the last nine games in the series including five consecutive victories.
 
LAST MEETING
Slippery Rock overcame a two-goal deficit to beat Gannon 4-3 Oct. 22, 2014 at Egli Field. Stephen Donnelly scored two goals in the win. Senior forward Peter Boylan added one goal while senior defender Nick Kutcher had two assists in the victory.

SCOUTING THE ROCK
• Last time out: Slippery Rock lost in overtime to Bloomsburg University, 3-2, Oct. 3 at James Egli Field. Senior defender Ryan Lutke and freshman midfielder Justin Minda both scored goals in the loss.
 
• Five of Slippery Rock's final seven regular season games will be played on the road. Slippery Rock is 60-41-8 (.582) in away matches since 2004.
 
• SRU is first in total away wins and away winning percentage among all PSAC teams that have been in the league since 2004 (Bloomsburg, Shippensburg, East Stroudsburg, California, Lock Haven, Millersville and West Chester).
 
• Lutke's goal against the Huskies pushed his season total to a team-high six this season. The six goals, a career-high, ranks fourth in the PSAC. Lutke has two goals in four games against the Golden Knights.
 
• Minda has now scored goals in consecutive games for The Rock and has placed six of his 10 shots this season on target. Since the 2006 season, only five true freshman at Slippery Rock have had more than two goals in their first collegiate season.
 
• Junior goalkeeper Steven Rerick has now started four games this season and is 3-1 with 23 saves (.821), a 1.22 goals against average and one shutout. Rerick has made at least six saves in each of his last three starts.

• In addition to Lutke and Minda, Slippery Rock's goal leaders are senior forward Mike Ilodigwe (three) and junior forward Matt Sangermano (two).
 
• Ilodigwe and Sangermano are tied for the team lead in shots on goal with 10 apiece.

SCOUTING THE GOLDEN KNIGHTS
• Last time out: Gannon snapped a two-game losing streak with a 2-1 victory against Shippensburg University Oct. 3, 2015. Sergio Kobowane and Chad Petterson scored goals in the victory.
 
• Kobowane, Ted Martin and George Stannard are tied for the Gannon lead with two goals each. Kobowane also has three assists for a team-high seven points.
 
• Jorge Hernandez has played all 720 minutes in goal for the Golden Knights this season. He has compiled a 2.25 goals against average and 33 saves (.647).
 
• Gannon's eight goals scored this season are the lowest in the PSAC while its 18 goals allowed are the third most in the league.
 
• Gannon has been shutout in four out of its eight games in 2015.
