SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University men's soccer team will host undefeated Cedarville University Wednesday in a non-conference game at 1:30 p.m. at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.

Records: Slippery Rock enters the game with an overall record of 3-1-1 and is coming off its first loss of the season, 3-2 to Seton Hill last Saturday.
Cedarville, which is in its second year as an NCAA Division II program, has an unbeaten record of 4-0-2 overall and is riding a two-game winning streak in which it outscored Trevecca Nazarene and Kentucky Wesleyan by a combined score of 10-1. The Yellow Jackets played to a 1-1 tie at Division I Xavier in the game before those two games.
Scouting The Rock: Slippery Rock is outscoring opponents 9-4 and outshooting the opposition 85-63.
The Rock's back four of

Josh Brake,
Declan Brennan and
Ryan Boylan have allowed just 24 shots on target in five games.
Zach Hall leads the team in scoring with two goals and one assist, while
Michael Ramirez has two goals.
Stephen Donnelly has one goal and two assists and
Dom Francis has one goal and one assist.
Peter Boylan,
Stephen McConahy and
Mike Pcholinsky each have one goal to cap the goal scorers. Gray has two assists and Brennan has one assist to cap the point scorers.
Scouting the Yellow Jackets: Cedarville is outscoring opponents 16-2 and outshooting the opposition 124-48.
The Yellow Jackets have 13 different goal scorers already this year, led by Connor Scott with two goals and two assists.
Connor Gilmour has one goal and three assists to rank second in scoring. Four players have four points on the year, including Zach Harris and Zack Gatlin with one goal and two assists each and Joel Twinem and Christian Alexander with two goals each.
Goalkeepers: Joe Agerskow has started every game in goal for Slippery Rock and is 3-0-1 with three shutouts, a 0.60 goals against average and a .864 save percentage.
Chris Zier has played just under 35 minutes in goal and is 0-1 after allowing a penalty kick goal.
Ethan Dewhurst has started five games in goal for Cedarville and is 3-0-2 with a 0.18 goals against average and a .909 save percentage. Paulo Diniz is 1-0 with a 1.00 goals against average and a .833 save percentage.
Streaking: The Rock has been outstanding defensively, posting 12 shutouts in the last 26 games and going unbeaten in 21-of-26.
Head Coaches: Michael Bonelli is in his fourth season at the helm of the Slippery Rock program. Bonelli has posted a record of 32-20-10 during his SRU tenure. He has led the program to two berths in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference playoffs and one appearance in the conference title game.
Brett Faro is in his first season as the interim head coach at Cedarville after serving the last two seasons as an assistant coach with the Yellow Jackets. In his tenure on the staff, Cedarville has posted a 35-10-6 overall record, including a school record 17 wins last fall.
Series: Wednesday's game marks the first meeting between the two programs.
Up Next: Slippery Rock will play its sixth and final non-conference game of the regular season when it travels to No. 22 Charleston (W. Va.) Sunday for a 3 p.m. game. The Rock then closes the year with 10 consecutive PSAC games before the playoffs begin Nov. 5.
