SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University's home football game against Millersville University Sept. 16 has been selected as The Rock's annual "White Out" game. Kickoff for the week three PSAC crossover game is set for 6 p.m. at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.
 
The White Out has become an annual tradition at Slippery Rock with upwards of 2,000 official shirts being sold each fall for the game.
 
The SGA Bookstore and Coffaro's Pizza will sponsor the event. Official White Out t-shirts are on sale now at the SGA Bookstore for just $5 for sizes S-XL and just $7 for 2XL-5XL. A limited supply of remaining shirts will also be available for sale at the game.
 
Shirts will be sold during business hours while supplies last leading up to the game. The SGA Bookstore is located in the Robert Smith Student Center and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during regular hours.
 
Next Saturday night's game will serve as the nightcap to the annual Slippery Rock VIllageFest that is scheduled to take place downtown throughout the day Sept. 16.
